The connector won't connect
Make sure your AI client is up to date. If the connector is added but doesn't return results, remove it from the connectors / apps directory and add it again. If results still don't return, the Veltra support page is the canonical contact point.
I get zero results
The catalog is strongest in Japan. If your query targets a region with thinner inventory, try broadening it ("Japan" rather than a specific neighborhood) or rewording in English keywords. Specific-interest queries ("kintsugi workshop in a small town") may return nothing — try the city name plus the activity type.
Results don't render as cards in ChatGPT
The Veltra-styled card grid requires a ChatGPT version that supports the Apps SDK widget protocol. On older versions, results fall back to a plain text list of titles, prices, and links. Both presentations contain the same data.
Results are in the wrong language
Result language matches your query language. Ask in English to get English-titled results; ask in Japanese for Japanese titles. For niche queries with no inventory in the matched language (for example, Hawaii in English), results fall back to the other language so the list isn't empty.
How do I report a bug?
Use the Veltra support page and include the exact prompt you used, the AI client and version, and (if possible) a screenshot of the result.
Where's the status page?
There is no separate status page for the connector at this time. If results stop returning, the Veltra support page is the canonical contact point.
